About Alyssa

Creating a safe and fun environment while providing everyday care for children has been my passion since re-joining the workforce after college. For the past four years, I've enjoyed supporting families as a reliable behavior technician for children on the autism spectrum. I have experience caring for children aged newborn to pre-teen. My college degree in Psychology with a minor in Human behavior and Social services has given me a solid foundation in childcare and teaching. I am Red Cross Pediatric/Adult CPR and First Aid Certified and I will be continuing to renew my certification every year. Parents appreciate my patient, calm, and friendly personality. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games, from outdoor sports to educational board games. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and carpooling. I'd love to bring my enthusiasm for nurturing young minds to your family.
