About Alyssa

Experienced Lead Teacher | Nurturing, Dependable Nanny | All Ages Welcome! With over seven years of professional childcare experience, I've had the joy of caring for children from infancy through their school-age years. Each stage of childhood brings something special, and I genuinely love them all! As a lead teacher, I've developed a strong foundation in child development, age-appropriate learning, positive behavior guidance, and creating safe, engaging environments. I'm experienced in establishing routines, encouraging independence, supporting individual learning needs, and building trusting relationships with both children and parents. My approach to childcare is warm, patient, playful, and consistent. Whether I'm soothing a baby, exploring the world with a curious toddler, encouraging a preschooler's imagination, or helping a school-age child navigate their day, I believe every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and celebrated.
