About Alyssa

Hello! My Name is Alyssa and I am 22 years old. Coming from a family with multiple siblings, I started caring for children at a young age. Throughout high school, I regularly watched, tutored, and mentored children with ages ranging from 6 months to 10 years old. Moving onto college, I have worked as a counselor and program director at the YMCA of Acadiana for the last 2. 5 years. Working here allowed me to have experience with children ages 4-12 while constructing after school and holiday camps for the students. I just graduated from UL with my bachelor's degree in General Studies, with plans to teach! I have always had a passion for caring and teaching children, and I hope that you consider me!
