About Alyssa

I am a dedicated and caring childcare professional with hands-on experience working with children as a Teacher Assistant and Aftercare staff member. In my role, I support students throughout the school day by helping with classroom activities, supervising children in a safe and positive environment, and encouraging learning, creativity, and good behavior. Working closely with children of different ages has helped me develop strong patience, communication, and problem-solving skills. My experience in aftercare has also taught me how to manage groups of children, assist with homework, organize activities, and create a fun but structured environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I understand the importance of building trust with both children and parents, and I always strive to be dependable, attentive, and compassionate. I would be a strong benefit as a nanny or babysitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children.
