About Alyssa

Hi families! My name is Alyssa, and caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life and career for over 14 years. Throughout my experience, I have had the opportunity to work with more than 150 families across the country, caring for children of all ages. My experience has included everything from occasional babysitting and mother's helper positions to school pick-ups and drop-offs, transportation to sports and extracurricular activities, date nights, and helping families in any way they need. I also bring a strong educational background to my childcare experience. I earned my bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Kansas and spent four years as a Pre-K teacher at a nationally accredited early childhood program affiliated with the University of Kansas. I would love the opportunity to get to know your family, and become a dependable part of your family's support system. I look forward to meeting you and your little ones!
