About Alyssa

I enjoy caring for seniors because it makes me feel good to know I am helping maintain and support their quality of life in a positive way. As someone that is not so social or outgoing, I am a great listener and I love hearing stories. Ultimately, I enjoy the companionship and just knowing I can be there to share conversations and provide help is very wholesome for me. As a single mom, I'm looking for a job with flexible hours. Most of my experience tending to more personal needs comes from helping my grandmother when she was on hospice. One thing you should know about me is I am a natural caregiver and an empath. For me this has always meant I have a deep understanding of others and try to help everyone as best as I can. As a CMA, my skills include attention to details - making sure to listen and understand to ensure needs are met. I'm trustworthy and have acquired a lot problem-solving and critical thinking skills. And as a mom, a lot of patience and time management skills.
