I have learned to be creative in the way I work with kids from most of my experience being with 2-year-olds or coaching at large volleyball clinics with beginners. I have hired many babysitters in my lifetime as a mother, and I can honestly say that Alyssa is the most reliable, punctual, trustworthy, dependable, flexible, kind nanny I have hired. When I needed her to come early she would, she was NEVER late, and my 2.5 year old daughter absolutely adores her. They go out into the community, and they play blocks and toys for hours. The only reason we will not be using her any longer come October 1 is because my daughter will be starting pre-K. My loss will absolutely be your gain. We hope to still use her from time to time since my daughter loves her so much!
