She did great. Made sure kids would not just sit in front of TV all day, took them out with stroller, had them play outside, did some cooking and light cleaning. I always checked in with the children and they never had complaint that wasn't "I wanted more ice cream". She did this with 3 small children + a baby. If I could throw enough money at her to keep her around, I would.
