We contacted Alyssa regarding care for our Dad of the posted job. We also told her about our Dad and his needs in great detail. We asked her to come meet Dad and interview at my parents home and she refused. She wanted a phone interview. It is important that the person caring for our father meet our father and us and we meet them. And that she see his care needs and environment, but she was clear she couldn’t be bothered. Not someone that we would want caring for our or your loved one if they can’t care enough to even come meet Dad and us for an interview.
