About Alyssa

Hello my name is Alyssa, I love taking care of children, making sure they're safe and having the chance to watch them grow into a better version of them self. I'm someone who loves teamwork and also loves helping others. During the last 2 summers I was a staff at boys & girls club where I had the opportunity to work with preteens from the ages of 11-13 years old. I'm a head start teacher working with as early as 5-month-old up to 4 years of age. I attend State College of Florida where I'm currently getting my bachelors degree in Elementary Education. Some skills I have is creativity and having the mind to help kids grow and help open their imagination. Cleaning, learning, and development skills to help others. Having patience and strong compassion when it comes to kids is a major factor. A day with me & kids includes, arts & crafts, outdoor activities, and learning. Teaching kids how to express themselves and also making sure they feel comfortable around me.
