For the past 20 years I have had off and on experience working with children: from babysitting to substitute teaching. I have my bachelors degree in elementary education and currently subsituting a few times a month. I believe it is important to always remain calm and have patience around children to help create a safe space. I'm fully comfortable with applying any house rules you may have. Communication between us is also important and I'm comfortable with your preferred method.
