I was a PCA for 6 years and a HHA for 8. For the last 3 years I have worked as an assistant infant/toddler teacher, preschool teacher, and food program manager within an early education center. I have worked with some very extraordinary children and young adults. During my time as a PCA, the children I worked with had various learning disabilities and behavioral challenges. I have experience with autism, bipolar, ADD/ADHD, as well as social/cognitive delays. I also have experience with children who are non verbal and non ambulatory, "mickeys" and medication administration. My ultimate goal is to enhance the quality of life for people in all walks of life. I'm currently in school for early childhood education with a focus on childhood nutrition.
