Alyson's greatest strengths were her reliability, organization, loving nature and energetic personality. Alyson's high energy personality worked well with the kids as she always kept them busy, whether it was playing in the yard, taking them to play mini-golf, leading creative projects or helping them complete their homework. Our kids loved seeing Alyson when she arrived, which provided peace of mind that they were well taken care of. Alyson had a big heart that shined through when the kids needed her. She was very loving when the kids needed it, but could also provide discipline when they were out of line. Organization is an important skill for any nanny and Alyson excelled in this area. She was able to juggle the kid's busy schedules in terms of school, sports and other activities. She also got along well with the grandparents who like to spend time with the kids during the day. Alyson was extremely reliable.
