I have 13 years of experience as a special education teacher, and 4 years of experience providing part-time and full-time in-home care for special needs children. I have my bachelors in Special Education and Elementary Education and my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in Reading. I am very passionate about helping children to succeed! I am an expert at implementing behavior plans, creating individualized education plans, putting interventions in place, and modifying and adapting materials to meet the child's needs. I have worked with various children ranging from students with learning disabilities, to non-verbal, intellectually disabled children. I love helping and teaching children!
