In my experience with Aly, she does great with a set schedule of hours. Like anyone else, so she can balance her work and personal life. Aly can cook and is excellent at keeping my house clean, helping with dishes and clean up, etc. Aly is exceptionally kind. She has a very gentle and sweet style with the children. Aly is also a very positive person and a great influence in anyone's life.
