Over the last five years, I have been employed as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), working with children aged between 3-11 years who have special needs. Currently, I serve as a paraprofessional in the Grafton School District, where I work in the intensive needs classroom for preschool through first grade. During my time as an RBT, I have gained valuable experience in working with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, as well as medically fragile students. In addition to my experience, I am also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and am proficient in American Sign Language.
