Alysha is a God sent. She cared for our boys 6 month old and 2 1/2 year old for 5 months. We would still have her with us if I wasn't leaving my job. She is organized, energetic, and accommodating to whatever the day needed for my kids and our preferred parenting style. Her communication level is phenomenonal and I truly value that when it comes to my kids. She is reliable and flexible with schedules. Most importantly she takes initiative with our kids care and has integrity. I could not of found a better nanny. My boys enjoy her immensely and I feel they receive top care when she is there. It took a lot for me to feel I could trust someone to be competent in the care of my kids outside of myself, and she truly goes above and beyond. My husband and I are so grateful we found her and for all her help.
