Hi! I'm Alysha - a calm, nurturing nanny with over 20 years of childcare experience, including 10+ years as a professional nanny. I create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children feel supported and happy. I specialize in routines, naps, feeding (bottles/meals), sensory play, outdoor time, and smooth daily transitions. I'm reliable, proactive, and keep child areas clean and organized. I also offer light child-related housekeeping and meal prep. I'm looking for a part-time position (2-3 days/week, flexible weekdays), typically 8 AM-3 p.m. (flexible to 4 PM). I'm available Monday-Friday flexible with those days because I only need and want 2-3 days) , except for one Tuesday and one Thursday each month due to a prior commitment. My rates start at $25/hour and go up to $30+ depending on age and number of children. I have strong references, am CPR/First Aid certified, and I'm comfortable with cameras.
