Alysa is the best Nanny we have ever had. She worked with us from my son being 18 months till he was five. The only reason she stopped working for us is because my son went to school full-time. Even then she still babysat for us from time to time. She is super caring extremely safe and will Nanny like you want her to. If you want her to create games, she will create games. If you have a strict schedule, she will follow the strict schedule. She really pays attention to cognitive development. And will spend hours and hours outside with your children. She is very good at sticking to boundaries that you have in place for your children and will always reach out to you with questions or updates. Feel free to contact me.
