About Alyene

I have experience caring for adults and children with Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and other special needs. I have worked with Easterseals the past 8 years. I know CPR and First Aid. I know the ASL alphabet and some basic signs. I am comfortable working with children 2 years and up. I'd describe my personality as funny, kind and caring. I started working with kids when my brother was born when I was 8 and a half years old. I got to help raise him and it was a lot of fun, it was also very difficult at times. I have worked for Easterseals since 2018 and have had clients ages 3- 62 years old with varying disabilities. In my spare time, I like to swim, listen to music, draw, play video games and hang out with my friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I am shy at first but will warm up after getting to know you. My skills include helping calm people down. I am a big kid myself and love to have fun, so I like to think I am enjoyable to be around.
