About Alycia

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. I am comfortable caring for up to two children and have experience with special needs and ages 3-16. I also follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I am trained in Infant and Adult First Aid and CPR. I'm currently a college student studying Social Work and have previous experience with children teaching preschool in a Montessori setting and as a youth group therapy counselor teaching social emotional skills to all ages. I love creating engaging activities that foster learning and imagination. My approach is centered on open communication, ensuring that both children and parents feel heard and supported. I strive to build a safe, loving environment where kids can thrive and have fun. Whether we're exploring new books, playing educational games, or simply laughing together, my goal is to make every moment meaningful and enjoyable.
