About Alycia

Hi families! My name is Alycia, and I bring both personal and professional experience to childcare. As a mom of two and an early childhood educator in training, I understand the joys and challenges of raising children at every stage. I'm completing my ECE degree, and I've also trained as a Tinkergarten leader (outdoor play-based learning). I hold a certification from Seed & Sew in social-emotional development, which equips me to support children with big feelings and challenging behaviors. My approach blends patience, structure, and playfulness to help kids feel safe, understood, and confident.
