My college degree complements my hands-on experience. I strive to be compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented in my approach to care. I understand the importance of earning your trust and motivating independence. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
