Over 15years of experience supporting adults and seniors in home health, nursing homes, and hospital. 3 years as a Registered Nurse who worked in many different settings, and departments environments I'm passionate about fostering their well-being and independence. My graduate degree has given me a solid foundation for providing comprehensive care. I am CPR, BLS, and First Aid certified. I can assist with meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with patience. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and regular check-ins. Building trust, respecting independence, and understanding preferences are important to me.
