My approach is patient and calm, and I strive to be friendly and approachable with everyone. I am a certified teacher with CPR Training. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's quick texts, phone calls, or verbal updates at pickup. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports and educational games that promote learning. Although I speak both English and Spanish.
