Hi, my name is Alondra. I am a licensed registered nurse with a genuine passion for providing compassionate, individualized care to older adults. Throughout my experience, I have learned that caring for someone is about understanding their needs, respecting their independence, and helping them feel safe, heard, and cared for. I have experience providing one-on-one care for seniors with different levels of physical and cognitive needs. My nursing background allows me to remain attentive to changes in a person's physical, emotional, and cognitive condition while providing care with patience and respect. I strive to adapt my approach based on their needs. I consider myself responsible, honest, patient, compassionate, adaptable, and attentive to detail. I value clear communication with both the person receiving care and their family. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and have additional education and experience related to gerontology and home care.
