For any type of position, part time, full time, babysitting, trial run, etc, there would need to be a contract in place so both parties are protected.

2) I have two wonderful kids AND I'm a nanny! My children have childcare of their own and I do not bring them to work with me. 

3) I like to have an initial call before meeting in person. This is for safety reasons.

4) The rate I share with families on initial messaging is set rate and non-negotiable.

Alondra is the most professional nanny I have ever seen. She is punctual, caring, easy to communicate and always take initiative to think of ways to address parents’ concern. Alondra is trustworthy, reliable, and truly passionate about caring for children.  My husband and I both travel for business, we needed to find someone that would care for our young girls (4 years and 1.5 years), drive them to and from school, and keep them entertained while we were away.  After testing out a few different Nannie’s for the opportunity, Alondra was the clear winner!  I am grateful to report she provided exceptional overnight care for our daughters, including meal prep, baths, safely driving the kids to and from school, bedtime routines, playing with them, and everything else that goes into caring for two little ones when their parents are away.   Since she’s a mother of two young kids herself, her experience and “mama instincts” really allow her to think on her toes and react confidently to unexpected situations. For example, my daughter got ill and required a trip to the urgent care. She handled the entire process like a pro and helped ease my stress while we were away and unable to care for our sick child ourselves.  Lastly, she is a great communicator and frequently provides updates and pictures throughout her time with the kids, which is extremely important and reassuring when out of town and away from your little ones. I highly recommend Alondra and already have her scheduled for our next business trip! 

We retained Alondra for childcare about a month after our daughter was born.  She made our lives much easier and enjoyable by taking care of our daughter for about 4 hours per days.  We found Alondra to be highly dependable, competent, professional, compassionate, conscientious, proactive, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.  We're definitely better (and more relaxed) parents because of her help and expertise.  

Phew! Where do I even start? Alondra is the BEST decision I made for my family. Not only is wonderful to our two children (2 months and 17 months), she takes great initiative and goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE time to support me in my postpartum journey. She cleans up behind me, sends me recommendations for the week’s challenges, and offers the most thoughtful smiles, advice, and effort. Most importantly, I can always depend on her to be on time, present, and the highest spirits  when attending to my newborn and toddler. She is the BEST,BEST, BEST, BEST! 

We met with Alondra to see if she would be a good fit for our kids. We decided to do a meet up at our house so the kids and I could meet her.. 
During her phone interview  she explained she had a 3 hour minimum for babysitting (which is understandable). She was here for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes and requested $84. She didn't do any babysitting duties while she was here for that hour. We all met, i gave her a tour of our house, she played with the kids for a few minutes and we ate a quick dinner while I asked her questions. I respect that her time is valuable and would have paid her either way but $84 is  wild. 

I was very nervous to hire a babysitter but Alondra was very professional. Her references were glowing and the peace of mind was worth every penny!

My 8 year old son adored Alondra! He does not warm up easily to strangers and right away she put him at ease! My son whispered, “I like her” as he walked me out, which put me at ease. 

At the end of the night, when my son was saying goodbye, he told her he loved her. Just melted my heart! 


Alondra is great! My husband and I were looking for a sitter for my 2 year old son. She was extremely detailed and provided several references. She sends pictures and updates throughout our time away which helps put me at ease! My son had no issues warming up to her. I would highly recommend!  

We hired Alondra to watch our 2 month old. She arrived on time and even came to our home a few days prior to meet us and baby. My baby was fussy with gas and fighting her sleep but Alondra had lots of patience and managed to relax her and put her to sleep. With her having young kids of her own she knew exactly what to do and also provided me with tips and resources that she found helpful herself. I liked that her availability was open and flexible. I will definitely be using her again. 

She took pics of the kids and sent them to me while I was gone. I loved knowing how things were going and seeing the proof of them having fun!

Alondra is amazing sitter, she made me feel very comfortable with leaving my son with her. She asked lots of important questions and truly cares about my son’s safety and routine. My son also absolutely adores her and begs us to have her babysit him more often. 100% recommend Alondra to anyone looking for childcare. 

Alondra, is an exceptional person. We love her from the moment we did our interview. She is very smart, respectful and kind. Our children loves her as well. We did several interviews before we met her and instantly knew that we wanted to hire her. She has a calming and trusting personality that’s why I was so comfortable leaving my 8 months baby with her. She taught him baby sign language as well as work with him to master his developmental mind stone. It was very easy to communicate with her. Alondra provided pick-up services for my daughter for about 4 months. She was punctual, safety-conscious, communicative, responsive, flexible, engaging... I really cannot say enough. Alondra was hired for Summer services. As a working parent who needed my children taken to Summer camps I needed a dependable and reliable person to help. Alondra provided that for us. She picked up my children, drove them to Summer camp and dropped them off at home. She was always on time, communicated with me every step of the way, and made sure they had everything they needed. My children were always picked up on time from camp. Alondra was kind and very helpful. I would recommend her for services.
