Alondra is the most hardworking caregiver we have had - we feel so lucky to have found her. She nannied for our family from the time my son was 2.5 months until he was 13 months and continues to babysit for us when available. She was very reliable and helped us immensely as first time parents. She is calm and compassionate with our son. She is very knowledgeable on child safety and helping children with developmental milestones. She was also an active participant in establishing good sleep and baby led weaning when he started eating. Alondra was a true professional and I could tell she really loves working with children. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and anyone would be very lucky to have her work with their family!
