About Alondra

Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. For the past four years, I've been privileged to provide comprehensive care, including respite, live-in support, transportation, and assistance with errands. I am also comfortable with hospice services. I assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility. My experience includes supporting individuals with dementia by adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular texts or calls, and always respect their preferred method. Respecting a client's independence is paramount to me. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and speak both English and Spanish.
