My name is Alondra, I mostly go by Lola. I am 25 years old and before my current job I was a full time nanny for 7+ years with different families. In my free time I like to read, paint, and spend time with friends and family. I turned to child care when I was about 15 years old when I began by helping my sister, along with helping the neighbors and it became a big part of my day to day. As I got older I found that it was something I enjoyed and wanted to do as a full time job. I've loved seeing the children I work with grow and develop their own personalities throughout the years. I am creative, organized, and always have activities in mind for the kids. My background for caregiving ranges from ages newborn to 13-year-old's and have taken care of 4 children at a time. I can help with taking the kids to school/clubs/activities, planning park days and crafts, cant forget about the dance parties/forts/playing dress-up, meal prep, household tasks, pet care & grocery shopping.

Lola is amazing! She is very responsive and interactive with kids. You can tell she loves children, and she enjoys being with them. She helped out around the house when there was down time, and she always seemed to go above and beyond her call to duty. My children were always happy to be with her, and she really became a part of the family. She is very dependable. She has shown to be very flexible with my schedule, and she has shown herself as self directed. I have always been able to trust her judgement on handling many situations, and it really out me at ease to know that I could trust her to handle any situation that may arise while I am busy. She is very respectful, and adaptable to enforcing whatever rules I had set in place. I would most definitely work with her again, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a nanny or babysitter.
