About Alona

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is at the heart of my teaching practice. With five years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I specialize in English, Math, Art, Special Education, and Study Skills for elementary and middle school students. As well as English help for highschool students. I adapt my methods by using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open communication to suit your child's specific needs. When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and connect lessons to real-world interests to keep students engaged. I prioritize consistent communication with parents to ensure we are working as a collaborative team. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill. I look forward to helping your student thrive and discover the joy of academic success.
