About Alneica

Hi! I'm Alneica, and I have 3 years of professional childcare experience. I worked for 2 years in a before- and after-school program before being promoted to Site Director/Manager, a role I held for the past year. In that position, I led a team while helping manage the daily care and supervision of more than 20 children, ensuring they had a safe, structured, and engaging environment. I also communicated regularly with parents, coordinated activities, and handled the day-to-day responsibilities of running the program. I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to have fun. Whether it's helping with homework, planning creative activities, playing games, or simply being a dependable and caring presence, I always bring patience, positive energy, and responsibility to every family I work with.
