If you're thinking of interviewing & hiring Alma, "just do it". Alma was tasked with taking care of my very frail 85 yo Mother, whose only wish was to come home for Thanksgiving. My Mom has no use of her legs or right arm & I thought finding someone to care for her while my husband and I cooked & hosted Thanksgiving was a tough ask of anyone. I call it our Thanksgiving miracle Alma applied for the position on Monday evening before Thanksgiving. After speaking with Alma, I knew she was the person for our situation. Alma has much experience in working with elderly patients & everything that comes with that responsibility. Alma was forward thinking, well prepared to take care of my mother, punctual and fit in perfectly with my family. I will not hesitate to hire Alma again as she took her role incredibly serious, yet was a good sport hanging around my family and a total of 4 dogs!
