Starting as a Residential Caregiver for adults with psychiatric conditions, I advanced to Caregiving Supervisor and Administrator for Special Needs, building expertise in daily living support, medication administration and behavioral intervention. My passion for elderly care began watching my own mother grow older. It taught me how vital specialized, attentive care is to aiding in aging.
