Alma is absolutely amazing -- our kids adore her, and are bouncing-off-the-walls excited whenever she comes over. She handles the chaos of a high-energy 7yo + 4yo twins + our cranky elderly dog with perfect calm and grace. She's kind, patient, and unflappable -- and always highly engaged. Alma babysat for us even when the twins were teeny tiny infants. Especially at that stage, there were very few people I trusted that could handle all three kiddos simultaneously.
