Hello! My name is Alma, I've been babysitting since I was 13, I've worked with kids from 8 months to 15 years of age. I grew up in Italy and moved to the US when I was 15, my mom is Colombian, and I speak four languages (Italian, Spanish, English and French!) When I lived in Miami, I started babysitting for young couples who were visiting and took care of their 11-month-old and 1-year-old children during Shabbat. In 2022 I volunteered for a month at a daycare in Costa Rica and worked with children from 8 months old to 10 years old. I would play with them, feed them and make sure they did their homework/learning worksheets, that was also my first time working with Neurodivergent children. In New York I've taken care of kids of various ages, siblings and including a child with type I diabetes.
