My name is Alma, and I am a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional with over 12 years of experience in patient care. I have worked as a Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician, including 7 years at Valley Regional Medical Center and 6 years at Solara Hospital, as well as experience with South Texas Rehab. My experience includes hospital care, rehabilitation, hospice, home health, nursing homes, dialysis, and total patient care. I have cared for patients with Alzheimer's and other complex medical needs and am experienced with ADLs, bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, transfers, Hoyer lifts, Foley catheters, colostomy care, feeding tubes, and therapy activities. Starting rate: $16/hour, negotiable based on responsibilities, schedule, and patient needs.
