I am an elementary special education teacher looking for work on nights and weekends. I have 10 years of experience in a verity of different settings including in-home therapy, community mentoring, respite care, daycare work, working as a special education assistant and I have been working as a certified special education teacher for the last 3 years. I love building relationships with kids I work with and figuring out how they can be most successful. I am comfortable taking kids on outings and take my k-2 students on weekly field trips. I have experience with students who are autistic, non-speaking, have behavioral challenges, learning disabilities and who just need some extra support.
