About Allysson

Experienced Childcare & Family Assistant I am an experienced and caring childcare professional and a former Kindergarten teacher from Ecuador, with extensive experience working with children from infants through school age. I have experience caring for children with special needs, including children with autism and behavioral challenges. I am also a Spanish teacher and enjoy incorporating Spanish into everyday activities through conversation, songs, games, reading, and creative learning. I have knowledge of Montessori inspired activities and believe children learn best in a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment. I am a responsible, reliable, patient, and organized person. I can adapt to different family needs and help with childcare, learning activities, routines, and keeping things organized. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care while supporting each child's individual needs and development.
