My name is Allyson, I got married in November of 2015 and have a 9-year-old daughter. I am located in belton nd I work as a parapro for belton school district. I have watched children since I was 13 years of age. I helped run a preschool ages 4-7 for a whole year my junior year at Tri-Tech. I volunteer ed at my church to do child care in the nursery from infant to three years of age along with the preschool and kindergarten program. I have worked in the past three summers at The ARC with children with disabilities and non disabilities. I have worked in a licensed daycare for little over a year in the toddlers and preschool age as a assistant teacher. I did volunteer work my freshman and sophomore year with my church and we went and fed the homeless and helped adults with disabilities with yard work and made special bikes and sent them to third world countries.

She didn’t show up to my scheduled job. We did a meet and greet before hand in-person, and all was great. She was lovely. My boys took a liking to her, and nothing seemed to be off. I hired her on the spot for the scheduled job, and she said yes. But on the day of the scheduled job, she didn’t show. And now my messages to her are blocked, and she won’t respond to my texts or pickup my calls. Not sure what we did, but the lack of communication is a big concern.
