About Allyson

Hello! I will be available for part-time nanny care starting in September as my current full-time nanny kid transitions to school. I have been working full-time as a nanny for 4 years now and worked as a preschool teacher prior to that. My background before transitioning to childcare was in leadership and development. I am skilled at creating structured environments rooted in care and play that focus on building a sense of confidence and security. I am a big believer that play is how children (and honestly most people) learn best, and that it can always exist in the same environment as accountability and responsibility. I have experience working with children with special needs like ASD and speech delay.
