Allyson was completely unprofessional and rude during a virtual interview. We did not even get to the physical interview. When we explained we were looking for something more stable than just a couple weeks during the national pandemic, she became irrational and disrespectful, stating she didn't want to work for an entitled family? I think wanting consistency for our babies is far from entitlement- every child deserves a chaos-free environment if it can be helped. Allyson did not present to be mature during the online interview.
