About Allyson

She has been with our family since the end of November, and from day one, our four-year-old son took to her immediately. Their time together is filled with laughter, energy, and play, and she has an incredible ability to keep up with him. After a day with Allyson, he is so worn out from all the fun that he often falls asleep on the couch—something that rarely happened before. Allyson is more than just a babysitter; she treats our son as if he were her own. She is caring, attentive, and someone we trust completely to care for him, whether we are home or away. She has watched him for full evenings, including dinner, bath time, and bedtime, and we have never had a single concern. She is also excellent at handling difficult moments—when our son has a tantrum or doesn’t get his way, she diffuses the situation with patience and skill. She is always on time, quick to respond to messages, and incredibly flexible with our constantly changing schedule. She keeps us informed about how the day went and lets us know if there is anything we need to address. Beyond that, Allyson has gone above and beyond for our family during our adoption process for a second child, even going through the necessary approvals with the state and our adoption agency to continue caring for our children. Her presence in our home has been nothing but positive—our son always asks when she will be watching him again.
