About Allyson

I am 23 years old and I am in college for special education and graduate in the winter. As a natural-born caregiver, I have always found joy in nurturing and supporting children. With over five years of childcare experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on their lives. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creative and imaginative approach, allows me to create a fun and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I ensure that parents are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining a structured routine to provide children with a sense of security and consistency. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities that cater to their interests and developmental needs.
