Allyson has been our nanny over the past 2 years for my 2 boys. She is calm, intelligent, reliable, trustworthy, and affectionate with our boy; they never cry when I have to leave for work, which is a huge comfort as a full-time working mother. She is also well-versed in child development, communication, and language/arts both due to her university studies and natural affinity toward relating to children. She connects to our boys in such a positive way, turning practically everything from finishing their meal at the table to bed time routine into a fun game. A mother herself, she brought her son along and it was like a play date everyday for my boys including our dog! She gives the children her complete and equal attention never on technical devices, and will always get down and play with them both at home and on the playground. We feel extremely fortunate to have had Allyson as part of our family and a constant calming presence in our home. She genuinely treats my boys like her own children and my boys feel safe, nurtured and loved in her care. We are convinced that our boys owe much of their positive development to her influence. We highly recommend her.
