Hi, My name is Allysian (Ally)!! I've always had a good connection with kids because I grew up taking care of my own younger siblings. I was raised by a single parent who taught me how to be independent, responsible, and efficient. Being the oldest out of my siblings and I, I definitely developed a lot of skills and characteristics that makes me a good nanny/sitter. I'm very nurturing, kind, honest, passionate, and well-organized. I LOVE to clean hence why I'm on top of organization. I also love to learn new things including cooking, I love being outdoors and adventurous. I'm currently in my 2nd year of college. I'm working on getting my prerequisites done to be able to apply for nursing school which has always been a dream of mine!! A speciality I'm interested in is pediatrics which is also why I want to get more involved with kids!! Besides school, I find enjoyment with going to the gym, taking my dog out for a walk, exploring new food spots, and most of all spending time with family

We hired Ally to take care of my 9 month old for a day when our regular care was not available. Ally was punctual, easy-going, caring, and calm when my child was crying because of being one-on-one with a new person initially. She was attentive to details in our initial phone conversation and in-person notes the day of, and regularly communicated when there were questions throughout the day. I would rehire Ally next time.
