About Ally

Hi! My name is Ally, I'm 26 years old, and I have over 14 years of childcare experience. I started babysitting at 12 and have worked with a wide range of ages ever since. Most recently, I spent over 5 years as a full-time nanny for a family with three children, two of whom have special needs. This experience taught me how to provide patient, attentive, and individualized care while maintaining routines and creating a supportive, structured environment. I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Special Education and General Education through an online program, which allows me to have a very flexible schedule and be reliable for your family's needs. I'm responsible, trustworthy, and truly enjoy building strong connections with the children I care for. I love planning activities, helping with learning, and creating a fun, safe space where kids can grow and feel comfortable. I would love the opportunity to support your family!
