About Ally

Hey there, I am looking for new clients and families to grow with. My specialty is giving the best care to people who need it and keeping them in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible. I come with a background working in health care as a medical assistant so I am update up to date on my CPR & first aid certifications. Since I'm also a yoga instructor, I do lots of mindful acts to help stay in tune with our bodies and movement. I enjoy outside adventures as I'm a firm believer in nature & fresh air is good for the soul. I am very confident in my skillset around working with people and families of all types.
