Hi there, I'm looking for a family to grow with. I have lots of experience with children. I come with a background working in health care as a medical assistant. I teach yoga and I'm also a birth doula as well as doing postpartum care. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have experience and skills with children of all ages as I have worked at an elementary school and I have nannied toddlers/infants throughout my journey. While offering childcare, I help with homework, feed time, baths, light housekeeping, exploring places around town (zoo, parks, libraries, local pools) and I'm happy to help assist with any other needs. I enjoy outside play time, especially as it starts to warm up. Since I'm a yoga instructor, I do lots of mindful acts with children so they can learn more about their bodies and movement. Ally is wonderful! She drew my often-shy toddler out of his shell immediately with her warmth and gentle energy, and I felt confident heading to work each morning, knowing she was in charge. I would recommend her to anyone. Ally is a great communicator, flexible, punctual, responsive, kind, patient, and dependable. We used her as our full-time caregiver for over a month while we were wait listed for preschools, and would hire her again in a heartbeat.
