Hi, my name is Alem but everyone calls me Ally! I've had the opportunity to care for my younger cousins on many occasions, as well as support my grandpa with his daily needs. Through these experiences, I've developed patience, responsibility, and a strong sense of compassion for both children and seniors. I truly enjoy helping others feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether it's keeping kids engaged with fun activities or offering companionship and support to older family members, I take pride in being reliable and attentive.
