Hi! I'm Alli - I am new to using this app! Nurturing young minds and supporting families is truly my passion. I love working with children of all ages. I feel my graduate studies in Social Work have provided me with valuable insight into child development and how best to support a growing mind. I'm patient, friendly, honest, and always strive to create a fun and safe environment. Whether we're playing outdoor games, tackling puzzles, playing board games, or the parent preferred amount of screen time. I understand the importance of clear communication and will always follow your preferred method to keep you informed about your child's day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and feel I have a great balance of love and assertiveness. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, am comfortable with pets and love a clean house so I don't mind doing housekeeping. Ultimately, I hope to bring a sense of ease and joy to your family's life. I look forward to hearing from you!
